How to reduce the wear of GMT fiberglass pallets? In the production process of unburned bricks, the wear of GMT fiberglass pallets as auxiliary equipment is relatively large. Since the brick machine pallets have the characteristics of high frequency of use and large usage, how to effectively maintain the unburned brick machine pallets and extend the service life is of great significance.
Traditional brick machine pallets are usually made of PVC plastic, metal, and composite wood materials. In terms of durability, metal materials have advantages and wear resistance. However, due to the fact that the quality is much heavier than other materials, it is inconvenient to carry and increases the labor of workers, so it is not widely used.
GMT pallets are resistant to low temperatures and are not brittle, and are resistant to high temperatures and do not deform. They are an emerging environmentally friendly green material with the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-absorption, high temperature resistance, strong impact resistance, light weight, not easy to deform, and recyclable, because GMT is reinforced with long glass fibers. Its rigidity, that is, the ability of the material to resist bending and deformation, is close to that of PVC pallets. It is not easy to break, and its toughness, that is, its impact strength, is better than that of PVC pallets. You can see that the PVC pallet breaks under the same conditions by hitting it with a sledgehammer, but the GMT pallet does not.
When using the GMT pallet, although normal wear and tear is inevitable, in normal production, we should operate it with caution and avoid unnecessary wear and tear, bumps, and not throw it away. In addition, when firing unfired bricks, the humidity of the bricks also affects the brick machine pallet, so the formula and humidity should be adjusted reasonably. It can effectively extend the service life of the pallet.
